At Univar, we use Salesforce.com as our CRM. We have recently enabled Chatter, which is a social media feature within SFDC. We have a CEO Forum and a President's Forum Chatter group. We're looking to expand to include both supplier and customer groups as well. The key to our adoption of Chatter is Executives using the forum to communicate anything related to sales, whether it's a kudos for winning new business, strategy between regions or teams to win new business, or recent news about a customer or supplier's business that would impact Univar's sales.
